Description
Detect real time active caspase 1 based on fluorescent inhibitor of caspase. The caspase 1 red fluorescent probe is cell permeant and labels active caspases in the animal. Unbound reagent is cleared throught the circulatory system and active caspase, reflecting apoptosis, is labeled in apoptotic tissues. Detection is by live animal imaging or cells/tissue can be harvested and analyzed by flow cytometry, microscopy or plate reader
